I created Box Buddy after seeing how common and frustrating package theft has become. Like many others, I experienced the stress of tracking deliveries, rushing home to grab packages, and worrying about whether something I paid for would still be there when I arrived. What should be a convenient part of modern life has turned into a growing security problem.
